1. Promoter

The promoter is Thermacell, distributed by Mayo Hardware Pty Ltd (ABN 73 000 032 806), located at 4 Secombe Place, Moorebank NSW 2170, Australia (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 9:30am (AEST) on Tuesday, 28 April 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Sunday, 31 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Entry is exclusive to attendees of the NSW Caravan & Camping Supershow 2026.
• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

• To enter the promotion, entrants must during the Promotion Period:
• Visit the Thermacell stand (Stand 333) at the NSW Caravan & Camping Supershow 2026, OR
• Scan the competition QR code located on Thermacell promotional materials, OR
• Visit thermacellrepellents.com.au/competition-ccss,
• Complete all mandatory fields in the entry form,
• Describe in 25 words or less where you are planning to take your Thermacell and,
• Opt-in to receive marketing communications from Thermacell.

Entries that do not include consent to receive marketing communications will be deemed invalid.

Each valid submission constitutes one (1) entry.

• Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive a Thermacell prize pack valued at over $200 RRP, including:

• Thermacell Scout Lantern & Repeller (Model: THMRCLC, $89.95 RRP)
• Thermacell Portable Repeller Blue (Model: THR10, $49.99 RRP)
• Thermacell Repellent Refill (120 hour) (Model: THMR350BLUEX24, $109.95 RRP)

The total prize value is approximate and based on recommended retail pricing.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Draw & Winner Notification

• The winner will be drawn at random on Monday, 1 June 2026 at the Promoter’s premises.
• The winner will be notified via phone and email on the same day.

7. Claiming the Prize

• The winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification.
• If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw on Monday, 8 June 2026.

8. Delivery of Prize

• The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated Australian address.
• The winner must allow up to four (4) weeks for delivery.
• The Promoter uses a third-party delivery service and accepts no responsibility for any lost, delayed, or undelivered prizes once dispatched.

9. Faulty Products

If any prize item is deemed faulty, the winner must contact the Promoter for a replacement of the faulty items or equivalent value if the items is no longer available within 30 days.

10. Privacy Policy & Marketing Consent

• The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) such as name, email address, and phone number in order to conduct this promotion and for marketing purposes.
• By entering this promotion, entrants consent to:

11. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
• The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion if required.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
