Which Thermacell Refills do I need?

Thermacell Fuel-Powered Refills are designed for compatible fuel-powered mosquito repellers, including selected portable, patio and outdoor models.

They are not compatible with Thermacell rechargeable mosquito repellers, which use liquid repellent cartridges instead of fuel and mats.

Both the butane fuel cartridge and repellent mat are required for the device to provide mosquito protection. Always follow the product label and device instructions for safe and effective use.
The Thermacell Backpacker Repeller is not compatible with standard Thermacell butane cartridges.

Easy to replace

Simply insert a fresh repellent mat and ensure your device has a compatible fuel cartridge installed. When the repellent mat has been used up, replace it with a new one to maintain protection.

Protection that lasts

Standard repellent mats typically provide up to 4 hours of mosquito protection each, while standard fuel cartridges provide up to 12 hours of operation. Always check your refill pack for its specific protection duration.

Know when to replace

Repellent mats gradually change colour as their active ingredient is released. Replace the mat when it has become pale or reached its recommended usage time. Keep spare mats and fuel cartridges available so your protection is ready whenever you need it.
